Provide consistent high quality service over the phone
• Analyze customers’ inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Highlight on customers’ feedback to better improve customer satisfaction level
• Identify opportunity for cross selling
Job Requirements :
Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
